To maintain our resort atmosphere, the CCR’s require park models, sheds and structures to have natural cedar or hardy board siding and green metal roofing. Policies will be strictly enforced. Only Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels and Trailers that appear no more than fifteen years old are allowed and apply to guests and renters. No tents or tent trailers are allowed.
