RV’s and Park Models:
Only Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels and Trailers that appear not more than fifteen years old and at a minimum of 24 feet in length are allowed. No unlicensed vehicles or RVs with rust or damage. Applies to guests and renters.
Park Models, Decks, Storage Sheds and Structures must be of natural cedar tone wood or Hardy Board with green metal roofing. Park Models must be skirted as approved by the Architectural Committee. Structures and landscaping features must be properly permitted and approved by the Architectural Committee.
Site Appearance: Lots must be maintained and free from weeds. No plastic tarps, clotheslines, garbage, boxes or storage within view of the road or other sites. No working on vehicles, RVs or trailers. Policies will be strictly enforced.
Children: It is the lot owner’s responsibility to keep children quiet and well-behaved in the resort. Complaints may result in eviction from the park.
Pets: All dogs must be leashed on resort grounds and dogs and cats must be accompanied by owners at all times. No pets are allowed in swimming pool/fitness/locker room areas. If complaints of excessive barking are made, the pet may not be allowed to remain at the resort. All dog waste must be collected.
Noise: Quiet hours at 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No loud music, television, motors, etc. No home businesses that cause traffic or excessive noise.
Gate Proxy Cards: Owners must swipe their Gate Proxy Cards for entrance to the resort. No loaning of gate proxy cards to anyone. Inform the office of any guests, including repair or delivery personnel, prior to their arrival.
Fires: A fire pit or screen-enclosed outdoor fire unit must be used. Check with the office prior to doing any outdoor burning, regardless of the season.
Traffic: Posted 10 mph speed limit and one-way traffic signs must be followed. Golf Carts must follow traffic rules and may not be driven by unlicensed drivers.
Signage: No posted signs other than lot owners name signs, without approval from HOA.
Guests and Renters: Separate rules may apply.
